My name is Frank. As a regular customer in Best Buy. I feel very disappointed for today experience. I know they only search information by checking on phone Best Buy app instead not telling customers how the product like by real veterans in technology. I don’t expect too much but still Unbelievable. I just downloading files on demo to my usb flash drive. Not to their laptop.Before I do that, I especially asked some staffs, they say it’s ok and I just plugged in my usb flash drive. Since I can’t use media creation tools on public computers cause It need password to let apps change demo, they have no rights to give me this. That’s right so I gave up and planned to buy a cheapest chrome book instead. I just stressed I don’t have a separate laptop. I need to reinstall windows but they just assume they don’t how to help me. I just left for a while to grab some food. Then I returned, plugged in again. Maybe I could download iso to my flash drive. Then a woman staff in blue shirt says I against the policy. I can’t connect the usb flash to download iso and request me to pull out my flash drive. Well Whatever at the moment cause it’s just demo. If back to demo mode the download will pause. But seriously, I just searched and carefully read the policies. None of them mentioned u can’t plug your usb flash drive to demo and download files(Seriously If I really did bad thing got the demo damaged I will pay for the loss)(I understand why they stop me but still feel unsatisfied, then the staff said we have geek squad to help me.) Well, why you don’t tell me earlier I can’t download things and plug flash drive earlier and why you don’t tell me you have that service to download windows on flash drive when I asked I don’t have any separate computer to reinstall windows. She said I never asked her if I can download something from best buy laptop demo. Ok, that’s my fault cause I didn’t ask you because you are too busy. I have to ask others but why other staff don’t stop me in early time? Seriously? Feel shame on non professional staffs(except geek squad, they meet my request at least.)

Dillon just helped me with my phone issues. He was Patient. Respectful and very knowledgeable. I am not tech savvy and he helped me without making me feel inept. Great employee

I witnessed a customer that asked to look at a product they liked before purchasing. I could not believe they refused to let him look at it. It was expensive too. They left pretty frustrated. Felt sorry for him. Such horrible customer service these days. It is like they did not care at all.

Their stock is decent, but no motherboards. No reason they can't stock an AM4/LGA1200 motherboard, even if the options are slim.

Every time I go in there, there’s no one available to help. They never have what I am looking for. They always refer to looking online.. defeats going into store and getting it when you need it.

When you decide to use their service, be aware, that even simple things like replace battery in a laptop will become a complex unresolvable foxtrail few weeks long, and never get any result.Their call center is the same - agents have no idear what they are talking about, and even if they answer your question, most likely, what they tell you have nothing common with reality.They kidding you and mocking at you with nice smile and kind voice.If that all looks attractive for you - Welcome to Worst Buy.

Running a scam when it comes to screen guards. They’d say life time replacement and won’t have the screen guard available to order when you need the replacement.

Today i went to best buy sydney to buy i phone 14 pro max and the person who was in front desk doesn't have clarity so usually we met the manager cynthia and to be honest i was literally got shocked and disappointed because she doesn't have sense how to talk with customer , so arrogant and disgusting lady i have never seen in my life, i highly recommended to best buy to teach her how to talk with customer and please think twice to make this kind of worst manager , i will never go to best buy..Thanks..

Located in the Mayflower Mall via mall entrance. Large store, well stocked. Employees are always friendly, easy to find and knowledgeable. Reserved parking for online orders next to building. Hours may differ from mall hours as it is an anchor store.

If I could give no stars I would. Costumer service has no idea what is going on in store, and are completely rude. In store specialists are rude, and there needs to be more communication with the company and stores to not further miscommunication and assumptions. I spent too much money there to have this experience, as someone who worked in costumer service this was definitely less then the bare minimum from their employees.
