Another shop in town changed my tires, but couldn’t do an alignment because my vehicle has lane departure assistance. They recommended JJ Barrington’s to complete my alignment. I called JJ’s in the morning and got an appointment the same day. JJ’s had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff were very friendly and provided great service. My truck was in an accident and there were usually good as I’ve used them before. This time when I got my truck back the work was absolutely Horrendous, Bumper had a massive gap they didn’t fit it right. Plastic insert on the bumper by the tow hooks it was so tight it cracked. The lower air defuser came off. When they put my fog lights back in the had the bulbs literally hanging out not even clipped in. The light bar in my bumper wasn’t hooked back up. I have photos of all of this while the truck was parked on their own lot. It was brought to their attention and I even sent them the photos and no resolution. They got paid for the job by my insurance company and the job wasn’t done correctly. I had to do most of it on my own dime and put some new components in that I had to pay for. So that being said they offered no compensation for me having to do it and the insurance was ripped off by them because they didn’t do what they were suppose to. I had to take $1400 out of my pocket. They didn’t even offer to settle half. Save some trouble don’t go there.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Terrible quality work, great customer service but quality control is terrible, we are on our 4th trip to fix the same issue, our suv came back from paint, with crooked decals, runs in paint, dirt in paint, scratch marks, and now its already losing paint and rusting only 2mth later, bewareLittle update after the fact... After 4 trips and more and more issues, we contacted our insurance company, who had someone come out and inspect the work, there was things behind the scenes not done properly either. so it ended up going to another shop to get fixed properly. I cannot stress enough how poor quality the work is from this shop, it mite look nice, shiny and not smashed anymore , but i assure you upon close inspection its got issues. They tried to use a ton of body fill on my new rig to cut corners and cost. Other body shop laughed at the poor work.3 times they assured my wife there was no more issues but yet each time i returned with it, they acknowledged the issues found....... BEWARE

Very rude customer service. Wouldn’t recommend going to these guys. They basically gave me 20seconds to decide on a 500$ repair, When I told them just give me a minute to see if I want this work done(the car didn’t even need that). He took the car off the hoist and said call again and book an appointment in a week or two. This is already after waiting for this appointment for couple of weeks, again very RUDE!
