not sure if there is new ownership at this business. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have reasonably negotiated with their sales staff fairly over the years. But the person we dealt with this weekend lied openly and when we asked for their best price he came back with a higher price than the sticker price. We ended up buying our stove from Costco, with no charge for delivery , no charge for removal and the extended warranty was half the price that Rahey's offers. The stove we bought was higher quality and three hundred dollars less than Rahey's taxes and warranty included. Buy local, yeah right start treating the locals better and we will think about it. No longer a customer!

Well we got a new DISHWASHER from JR Raheys under 2 years ago and it will not work so call and wonder if there was anything that they could do and was told no only a years warranty on it and it was a manufacturer warranty. So if you buy anything from them don't expect any help you would think that the product you are buying will last more than 2 years. Our last on lasted 12 years.

I been waiting month now for my bed that already paid for ahead of time still I’m sleeping on half a couch with broken leg I mention this to them twice a week Monday then Friday I call every week I pick out a bed weeks ago after my heart attack I managed to walk in there pick it out the same day got out the hospital bc I needed a bed almost a month now I’m sorry I never wanna deal with this place again I thought after they damage our fridge I thought never deal with this place again now my bed ??♀️ I don’t have a bed my neck n legs hang off the couch I been like this waiting a month for my bed I told them many times on the phone and I let everybody know my experience here Once I get my bed that’s it I’m never dealing with this place ever in my life and if anybody want to know why they damage our fridge n made me waiting a month for my bed even tho paid for before I got there month ago I’m in so much pain I can barely move

Staff is quick to serve your needs and if youjust browsing and comparing prices they also helpfull and have not problem at all describing the brands they sell and they deliver too top notch service here folks and a great selection

Sold us a defeated fridge and we’re super unprofessional when we asked for an replacement because it was under warranty and the replace they brought didn’t have the third tray in it then gave my dad a hard time about something we paid for.

Had an excellent experience with knowledgeable staff. We bought a chest freezer and washer and dryer. We will return for all furniture and appliances in the future! Best shopping experience in Sydney with very competitive prices, and they delivered the next day to North Sydney.
