It's ok this hardware store. It has one of those yards where you have to see the gatekeeper.

Excellent customer service, but anything under warranty, they didn't replace on the spot, when it was clearly in stock at the store. I was given a 1-800 number and that was it. No fault of the customer service representative, not great when something needs to be replaced asap. ie. Expensive Water Taps.
