Today, after standing for several minutes at the cash, I left empty-handed. The cashier was too busy telling the customer in front of me (who had completed her check-out), about the scarf she was knitting, her raised strawberry beds, and when she would plant her peas and beans. I won't be back..

The customer service experience, the different menu options, as well as convenience are all Top Notch and I would definitely give them five stars in those category. The only reason why I would give them four stars overall is because of the price. It really isn't cheap. And you do pay a premium for pretty much everything but you pay a premium and you get exceptionally good quality. That's the thing, the old expression you get what you pay for is very true when you buy anything hereSome of the options that they do offer, it is a little difficult to actually make a decision on what to order. You see, they will have for example lasagna. Why you might initially assume that all lasagnas are made the same that's not true in the slightest. The regular lasagna in my opinion is a much more inferior product than their supremas on you which is a much much better product. The price difference between them makes it kind of a no-brainer to get the more expensive and better product than it does to get the cheaper one. There are a lot of other times where some of their cheaper products are obviously the best value but a lot of the time, they're more expensive product which is marginally more expensive is actually the much better option

Usually I love M&M's products even though they can be a bit pricey the quality is worth it. However that being said, I was in last week just to get 1 of their dessert bars but also was interested in getting a Cannoli kit I saw advertised previously. Finally opened the Cannoli kit last night and it was rancid. I do not know it was the shells or fillings but something had definitely gone bad . Needless to say I was disappointed ?

There are some items sold here you can't get anyplace else and it is worth it to get them here. Their jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks are the best from here. We also love their Oriental Party pack and pick them up for the holidays when we are having company. Their macaroon madness bars are my favorite dessert and the best value compared to other places that sell similar ones. While I do find some if their prices a bit high for frozen food and some if the portions seem a bit small but overall if you are looking for something quick to take out of your freezer and have limited time it is great to have some M&M's on hand and ready to go.
