Your staff has zero customer service . Opening up lines and just leaving who ever walks up instead of asking who was next in line. I was waiting for 15 mins in a line up and when they opened the second till they just was taking who ever walked up . Sadly we do alot of shopping there but this is the second time this has happen so we will be taking our business else where. Very bad customer service skills.

I just stopped for a couple of Essentials. Do not like the forcing everyone towards self-checkout and then making people look like they're trying to get out of a prison after they delivered a pie with the file in it!

The self checkout process is more of a pain than it used to be. I understand that they made the changes to try to eliminate theft. I get it. It's very finicky when you move the bags around as you fill them, because the bags sit on the scales. You can't remove any bags, even when they are full. They need to stay on the scales until the transaction is complete. You also can't scan items quickly because they need to register on the scale before the scanner allows the next scan. Maybe had self checkouts been designed like this in the first place, the company could have saved a lot of money and kept some prices lower.

I'm going to moderately improve my rating of this location because after them costing me $800 due to damage that I received in their parking lot due to the holes in it, I see that they are actually making an attempt to fix it but instead of fixing the potholes they're quite literally ripping the entire thing up which seems a bit excessive.
I will still leave the score relatively low because this location doesn't seem to have the proper amount of staff on hand. They seem to be pushing people towards self-checkout because the corporation is simply too cheap or perhaps they're too poor to actually pay people to check people out.
I absolutely refuse to use the self-checkout because I believe that people need to have jobs

Lots of selection, they don't keep many people in the tills as they are trying to get you to use self checkouts (but it's like that anywhere lately it seems)
