You don't want to buy a vehicle here or any Chev product anywhere actually. They will try and sell you rust module which will cover next to nothing. My frame went because they have a bad undercoating process which affect a large year range . Don't buy.

Awful customer service
Will tell you u need something fix when you don't
Also tell you something will take hour and half to fix but it takes them 3
I know someone that took their car there for oil change
Mechanic refuse to put oil back in the car unless they replace the oil pan which he said had a hole in it
But if there was a hole in the oil pan there wouldn't be any oil in the car which their was lots of oil in the car
Charge them almost 400 dollars
They had to fight with person at the desk to get their old oil pan when they finally gave it to the person there was no hole in it

Worst place I ever had business with...got a car had it not even 8 hours and the heater motor stopped working...then the fan stopped working...was in the shop for 4 days, everything worked fine now the first freezing rain store since I had it and the exact same thing happened no heat and my fan isn't turning...what is a person suppose to do when you make minimum wage and these things happen to you literally not even 3 weeks into buying a vehicle...the salesman was a great guy, it's just a really really poor car for some reason

Took our new car (Equinox) back in as the cruise control malfunctioned and jammed the brakes on, on the highway. They gave us a rental and they had the car for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks we get a call that the car was ready to pick up.
Once we get there the car had the fog light smashed out and a huge scratch.
Advised that their cameras are locked out and can not tell what happened and that we would have to go through insurance to get fixed. Left a bad taste. Didn't seem right.

I was in to have my AC recharged. One of the techs had me in and back on the road within an hour. He actually worked during his lunch break to do it for me.Such kind, courteous and professional staff.10/10 .. highly recommend Herron Chevrolet!

I currently lease my truck and my wifes SUV with Herron Chevrolet and currently awaiting a nice new Chevy Trax for my daughters first car. Very professional and always there to help if I have any issues or questions about the product. I have referred friends to the dealership who also had very positive experience.
