“On Saturday July 20th I stopped at the Irving on East River Road to purchase 3 $50 Tim Horton Gift cards for my nephews, the man processing the GC Ted was lovely but was having a hard time processing them. Today Sunday my nephew tried to use one of the cards and it didn’t work. Receipt attached said invalid activation. Long story short the store manager Daniel called me at home on his day off as I live in Halifax. Between him and micayla they worked out the problem and verified that I paid for a $50 card not a $15 that the receipt stated. They were AMAZING! Well done team!”

“On May 16, 2024, I was travelling from Cornwall Ontario to Cape Breton, when I got a flat tire. I reached Canadian Tire in New Glasgow, to my surprise, they did not have Anyone to help me.
I then went to Mobil to gas and the guy in the store advised me to go to Andy’s garage which his suggestion was extremely helpful. Thanks again.”

“I use the location as my primary one as I live close by. Today my tire was flat and I pulled in to get air. I’m a senior citizen and not familiar enough to put my air in. But a very kind young man came out and did it for me. It is rare that you can get help, usually I just stand by air hose with a “ help me” look. Haha . Thanks for hiring great and helpful people.”
