With no explanation given .no email ,or call you took 17 dollars out of my account, I had to go in and find out from a teller it's new ,for having the same account you had?. It's called shady ,and frankly theft.

went in to get information about a simplii account. got brushed off by the counter person with braces who told me “simplii and cibc are bitter rivals” and then proceeded to talk past me to the person in line behind me. Terrible customer service

Card put on hold twice in one week.. now can't access online banking and also got hung up on after 4 hours on support..
