Big thanks to the staff at Hatt's Car Care. I was in a tough spot and they looked after me and got me back on the road with a smile, honest and friendly crew. Very accommodating for a last minute appointment on a Friday, but saved my day. I would highly recommend them.

I was directed to call Hatts because Canadian Tire was fully booked. I am an out of town flagger and I was in a bind to get my tire stem fixed. He told me to have it there in an hour(this was this morning). I was there at the given time and all was repaired in a half hour. Thank you so much Mr Hatt for taking care of my situation, I can not thank you enough. Courteous and very efficient. If needed again I would go back in a heartbeat. ??

Finally back home in Saint John N.B. thanks to the Compassion of Hatt's Car Care Specialist. While in Lunenburg late on a Friday evening my Rear brake line broke. After 2 extra nights in the hotel I was finally able to get my car into Hatts Car Care Specialist.Alvin (the owner) was very helpful and squeezed us in and Pat (the machanic) replaced both rear brake lines and then we were on our way.The service provided was very professional.I would certainly recomend Hatt's Car Care Specialist to anyone, whether you are a localor are from out of Province.Thanks Alvin and to all at Hatt' Car Care for your hard work and quick customer service.

The guys at Hatt’s Car Care were so amazing to me. I drove my old 1982 Ford across the country from British Columbia to Nova Scotia, and needed a quite a few things done when I got there, including: bearings, brakes, callipers and a new radiator. The prices were more than fair, the work was done in a timely manner and everyone was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. I entrusted Hatt’s with my truck on multiple occasions throughout the summer and the guys made sure to give my truck a thorough once over before I headed home, and can you believe it, I made it all the way back! Thank you to all the guys at Hatt’s Car Care, I couldn’t recommend you enough and thank you for ensuring a safe journey home!Services: Exhaust

I hit a bumpy shoulder over the Canada Day weekend and knocked loose the engine splash shield. It was dragging on the ground and making a horrible noise. They got me (2016 Hyundai Sonata) in first thing after the weekend, fixed it up(fortunately didn’t need a shield replacement) and I was done in half an hour. Excellent service! ❤️ My only complaint is I couldn’t stop myself from eating two Reese’s Chocolate Chip cookies, while waiting at the neighboring Tim Hortons.??

Came into Lunenberg for a hospital appointment for my wife and newborn when the car started making awful noises. They fit us in, checked out our car before end of day, and charged a VERY reasonable rate! I have never had such a positive experience with a mechanic. STRONGLY recommend!
