Very knowledgeable, patient and kind staff. Ryan was so great answering all my questions in terms I could understand. He took the time to explain every option, show me the details of my new bill, and make sure I understood everything. Just super happy that I chose this mobile shop. All the staff are so good.

Incredible customer service experience! Technology is not my strong suit. The lady helped me through every aspect of changing from my broken phone to new. Provided PC points and used them for new phone case and screen protector. Was able to give me a better deal through my provider so switched my hubbys phone too. I will not go anywhere else, because of their Incredible staff!Thank you.

Went to buy a phone on Dec 12th when it was tax-free at all Atlantic Superstores, the agent Raghu was very busy talking to his co-worker in stead of paying attention to potential customers. When I asked the price of the PC mobile phoes, none of which had prices or any phone information he gave me a price of $140 for all of the 6 phones which was incorrect. When I told him this was wrong as I was looking for a specfic phone that I knew was around $79 he told me I was wrong, he then sent the other agent to get the phone I had specified to check the price as he was not willing to go himself, when he checked he reluctanly told me the price was $79.00 after saying"my bad" which I suppose was going to make everything okay.I then tried to purchase the phone as it was Tax-free at the Superstore which he knew nothing about. he would not give me tax-free as his manager was not in nor would he ask another store manager that was in at another Sackville location. this whole process look about 30 minutes and I was out of patience. I was given a store phone # that is for a roofing company not the Mobile Shop.This was probably one of the most arrogant and condesending sales rep that I have ever dealt with and not someone I would want representing my business.I would certainly like to speak to the manager but have no way to contact him.

In June 2018, I went to the mobile shop with the goal of getting two phones for my twins.Brennan Rogers was able to present all the various options and plans that could fulfill what I was looking for.In the end, I went with Virgin Mobile and left Telus. Brennan was knowledgeable and able to help me navigate my now 4 phone - phone plan.We were all set up and ready to go!Then, I received a threatening email from Telus stating that they were taking me to the creditors for not paying a bill. I was shocked and dismayed.I contacted Telus and was treated with disrespect and dishonesty stating that I was a bad customer etc who really just hadn't paid my bill. This, was absolutely not the case.I then contacted Brennan as I was told that it was an error on his end and that it was his fault for how the numbers were "ported" out.In the end, Brennan responded professionally and offered to contact Telus himself to see what was going on. Brennan not only contacted Telus (to be told that the bill would be completely reversed) but he followed up with me twice to let me know what he was able to do and that he had also contacted the PC mobile Telus rep to help support my case.Brennan emailed with the final news that Telus was demanding $12.In the end, I will absolutely pay the $12 to the company that clearly made errors and then blamed a customer.But more importantly, I will be recommending Brennan to all my friends and family as he was instrumental in this process - if there was a customer service award to be given with your organization I would nominate Brennan for this.Please pass on my thanks to Brennan for his customer service, his follow up and his commitment to ensuring the situation was ratified.Sincerely,Lauren Emanuel

My phone died randomly, so I decided to pick up a new phone. I was not looking forward to getting one as I was happy with my current phone, but Brandon (Branden?) made the experience quite enjoyable. He was friendly and was efficient with my time. I was expecting a lot less from a kiosk in a Superstore but I am happy with the surprise. Don't judge a book by it's cover I suppose. I was able to upgrade my phone at little cost and get a screen protector and a case as well for free. I am quite happy for the experience and I will continue to do business with these people.
