I brought my car in for an MVI in October. I had two exhaust leaks that I informed them of in advance, and my brakes were pretty worn down so I had ordered new ones online that I planned to change myself.They failed the MVI for the rear brakes which was unexpected, but fine, and told me that they fixed the exhaust leak.I had to make another MVI appointment anyways, so I decided to have them put the new set of both front and rear brakes (pads and rotors) on for me.I brought my car in for the second time a week later with the parts in the trunk. They take it in for about 45 minutes and then tell me they're done and it passed the MVI.The mechanic told me that my emergency brake is really worn down too, and that I should replace it soon. That would have been really nice to know before I made the appointment a week earlier, when he looked at my car the first time, but whatever. He also said that he didn't bother replacing the front brakes because they had a little life left in them.I wasn't happy to hear that, I specifically asked to have the front brakes replaced because they were badly warped and only had about six months of good use left anyways.When I inspected my car at home I found that they only fixed the exhaust leak in the front and ignored the smaller one in the rear of the car.To make matters worse, I removed the rear tires to change them over to winters recently, and saw that they installed the rotors on the wrong sides of the car. They are performance brakes with directional groves for cooling, there is a big sticker on each rotor saying which side of the car it goes on and they still managed to mess it up.This garage gets recommended a lot because they charge fair prices, but they are very negligent in their work. You will get what you paid for here, which unfortunately isn't a compliment.

I was recommended by a friend who said they are very upfront about their time charging. I was quoted $1000 for an oil reservoir at a competitor, it was installed at P.E. for less than $400 (OE part used). I heard my squealers and took it in expecting a replacement. 45 minutes cost $62 along with advice. Your rear brake pads are usable for the next 2-3 months and the rear rotors are near end-of-life. Book an appointment in 3 months or you can replace them now. Can't ask for more honest service.

Got vehicle MVI and some work done to car here early October.My car right away started making noises it never made before. grinding, squealing, bad noises when coming to a stop, or accelerating out of a stop.Called the shop and they made multiple appointments but would cancel them constantly, and after a few weeks of that they finally took a look at the car but claim there is nothing wrong with it.Paid close to 400 dollars and now I need to take my car to someone else because it sounds like a helicopter.This has been an absolute nightmare of a transaction.Take your vehicle to a place that has Integrity and does honest work.

Called looking for a recommendation on an exhaust, call was disconnected due to me dropping my phone while speaking to a woman who claimed to be the business owner. Called back and apologized explaining what had happened, and a woman who said she was the business owner rudely answered and said I hung up on her. No recommendation on the part was given, and she told me to go to a website and look for parts myself, all in a very rude manner. Whole call was handled unprofessionally from someone who is supposed to own the place..
