I wish I could give a negative star review.
Unfortunately a miss communication lead to over 7 hours of work on my Nissan Murano that was covered under warranty. I spoke to the shop several times before actually having work done on my car and let them know this lemon was not working out for us. Even my husband talked to a manager after fighting with the shaft for hours trying to get it out and put a new seal in. We had a strut mount and coil spring replaced, the mechanic damaged the gear oil seal (at another shop.. yes we have bad luck!) and it was leaking gear oil. To avoid a seized gear box we were trying to top up the oil or replace the seal to get it to Nissan for warranty work. 7 hours on the hoist was not needed by Napa sackville and where I appreciated reducing the number of hours billed and removing an unnecessary diagnostic scan charge, I am very confused why they didn’t call before struggling with it that long.
Not to mention, dropping the vehicle off in the congested parking lot with vehicles everywhere, I went into the neighbour car repair office and he took my keys as if I booked it there and then brought it over to Napa when it wasn’t their customer and didn’t notify or speak to me at all about the vehicle.
I addressed the bill with the owner as I understood the labour was done but this customer service is awful and he yelled at me saying I will not get my vehicle back until I pay.
I was not disputing the bill and had it paid over the phone in seconds but I will never take my vehicle here or recommend anyone support this business. Those poor employees must be miserable working for someone like that!

You should probably take that big sign that says “Open 7 days a week” down. Just went to the store and the store front is closed at 11:00 am

Need to update your hours. In Sackville ns. Store closes at 5 not 6.

Charged me $189 for a part that cost $89 from Napa auto parts just down the road, $100 to rebead 4 tires, and of course 19.95 for the mythical shop supplies which occurs on EVERY bill. Will not go back.

Business hours in google maps says it’s open.Outdoors say open 7 days.Shop is closed…I guess I’ll buy parts on Amazon.
