It was so amazing to see Kiara at the cashier treat customers, so we'll. There was a very old lady at the cashier and she was helpful and very kind. and she was nice to me as well. She gave me hope that people like her still exist. Keep up, Kiara. Great job. She made my day. Lawton is very lucky to have employees like her.

Never been treated so badly at any pharmacy. We towed our trailer from Ontario and I forgot my extra oxygen hoses. We stopped at a Lawtons in New Brunswick. They were a smaller store and did not have what I needed. They tried very hard to find me what I needed. They suggested to try when we got to our campsite in Sackville. They even gave us the phone numbers. We got here and first I tried Shoppers drug mart. They didn't have them, but suggested Lawtons. They even gave me the phone number and extension number. I called a few times until I got an answer. A woman with a thick accent answered the phone. I told her what I needed and she immediately said no they didn't have them. I asked her if she knew where I could get some. She said no. End of discussion. Turned out there was oxygen supply places near by them.
I sent a message to main office, and they e mailed me for my phone number, so head office could speak to me. I sent a message right back. That was a week ago, never heard from them. I guess head office doesn't care how customers are treated either. Will NEVER give them my business. Every person I spoke to at the KOA where we are staying heard my story also. Might not of lost a lot of customers in their eyes, but I deserve to be treated better, and so does everyone else. Shame on you Lawtons.

Quite often when I go in to get my prescription I am told they didn't have enough and I would have onths to come back to get the rest I do not like the extra trip more gas makes it inconvenient they know I get the same prescription every two months you would think they would have enough that is there business they are not a pizza shop

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service at Lawtons Drugs in Sackville. My recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and has solidified my decision to take my business elsewhere.
Firstly, I received a missed call from the pharmacy with no accompanying voicemail. When I called back to inquire about the details, the lady on the phone argued with me, insisting that they would have left a voicemail and that it was impossible for them not to have done so. This initial interaction set the tone for a frustrating experience.
Furthermore, the lady on the phone did not listen when I was spelling my girlfriend’s name, insisting it was spelt differently according to a mainstream version. This lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to listen to the customer is unacceptable.
When we finally managed to address the name issue, the pharmacist was unhelpful, repeatedly stating that she did not know the status of our order because there were no notes on the file. This lack of organization and communication within the team is concerning and reflects poorly on the management of the pharmacy.
After all these issues were supposedly resolved, the lady on the phone confirmed that our order was ready for pickup. However, when we arrived at the pharmacy, the order was not ready. This level of disorganization and the additional inconvenience it caused was the final straw.
Customer service at this location has always been subpar, but this experience was particularly egregious. I will be taking my business to a different pharmacy in the future, one that values customer service and effective communication. I would advise others to consider alternative options as well
The interaction we experienced is expected from a teenager at their first job not a trained professional.

Although I like the store part of Lawtons their pharmacy staff can be very rude. I find it’s always like I’m being rushed away.

Most reviews here are for the medical clinic upstairs.This store provides great customer service everytime I visit. Do not let those low reviews for the clinic make your mind.

Why is the number button inside when it should be outside? I’m standing in line for a urinary track infection and had to go to the washroom. I was the first person there and apparently I had to go to the back line and they say they’re full at 9 AM as soon as the door open return patience to wait why do they get paid big bucks if they’re not gonna stay and treat everybody that is Part of their job. They keep going like this while I got 20 problems with me now still haven’t seen them about the first problem you’re backing up system even more so from your stupidity.

I've had a some negative experiences over the years.I've been double billed for a prescription and given the runaround to get my refund.My doc sent in a prescription for me. They called to confirm that they got it and to confirm a pickup time. When I got there, they had cancelled the prescription without notifying me.There's just a little too much incompetence behind the pharmacists counter for my comfort.
