“One of the unexpected pleasures that came from planning a surprise wedding proposal for my girlfriend was buying the engagement ring at FRIDA. I went in to Carrie’s shop with no ring size and only vague notions of my partner’s preferences. I hid it well, but I was anxious about making the wrong choice.
Carrie was great. She talked me down out of the tree. She asked smart questions and had a great sense of humour. By the end of our meeting, with a solid game plan for a ring, and what we would do if it didn’t fit, I walked out of there in a great mood. She left the big decisions to me and made some smaller design decisions herself that made the ring even more special.
And yes, yes, I’ll tell you how the proposal went. Calm down. My partner loved the ring, despite the fact I forgot to open the box when I popped the question. It did have to be resized, but that was effortless and a great excuse to have another visit with Carrie. So, a big recommendation for FRIDA: Fine Jewellery. Five stars.”

“Just popped in here because my mom was interested in purchasing something. Then we were offered to observe a demonstration of how pewter is made. Right in front of us the demonstrator assembled the mold and poured to create sand dollar shape. It was very interesting and definitely made us more interested in purchasing! “I made a purchase on the website because it said curb side was available. My order was ready in less than an hour I called to set up curbside and they said they only offered it during covid. I explained I had a sprained ankle and couldn't walk around the mall. Charlie was able to set up a time and door to park at to do curbside. I called her when I got there. She was out in less than 5 minutes. She even had to make a second trip for the reciept. She was sweet and friendly and happy to help! Very good customer service.”

“Went to bought 10k gold necklace with pendant. Went back to the valley after 6 days my car broke down and I need cash to fix the car for emergency, went back to griffin jewelry designs told them I need to get a refund because for emergency purposes good thing they had 7 days refund policy and without hesitation they refund my cash back coz it’s worth a grand plus tax so the manager was very friendly hand down to her. Decided to buy a small stud earrings instead. Keep up the good work guys!”
