I shop at this dollarama all the time, but recently there was a conflict between my friend and one of the staff outside of the workplace and since then not my friend, me or my sister can go in without being followed around until we leave the store and have the employee and their friends watch us as we walk to our car. There have also been occasions where we would be shopping and this employee and their coworkers would stand next to us and whisper and talk about us.One star review as I feel uncomfortable to shop there.

This has to be the cleanest and most organized dollarstore I've ever seen. We were so impressed that we spoke with the manager to let her know this and she accredited it to having an incredible team (which is wonderful to hear a manager to speak so positive of their staff). I wish my local locations were this well organized.

Just stop calling these stores dollarama please.. try temu for goods and giant tiger for rhe rest.. this place has had a huge increase in profit with no increase in workers pay of benefits...

I asked a simple question. “ if the item is not price marked is it a dollar…” The lady almost ripped my head off she ran to the candy section yelling this stuff is all priced and o know that became I’m the one who did it. Seriously who cares who did it all I wanted to know is how much it was. I had no plan in trying to get a deal. I’ve never been treated so badly and I went to say something to her and she left so fast and I looked all through the store and couldn’t find her anywhere and guy I did ask said had no idea who cause he just came on shift. Thanks lower Sackville Dollarama you mad a really bad day worse. If you don’t like what you do maybe another job might be more suited for you.

Would give it zero stars if I could! Two racist workers back in February tried to accuse my black friend who I was with and have it on video of stealing! He had a bag of 1 dollar gummy worms in his hands and he reached in his pocket earlier to grab his phone but that was it and he took his phone out and the gummy worms were still in his hand that’s when some short brunette girl comes up to us and says we have to leave or pay because he is stealing then the manager comes and says we have stolen multiple times! We were shocked because they should have said something before if we were “stealing” but yet again they are just racists and as of August they both still work there so look out for an older woman with greying hair and a short brunette girl with her hair usually up if you decide to go here if your a minority after reading this

Went there to get a few items (8:40ish) and seen a really nice food dish for my lunches, the bottom sticker (which was one of their stickers) said $1.50 and it came up $5.00 when I rang it through, I questioned a employee about it and the manager told me to “**** off it’s $5.00 I just put those out”.I can’t imagine a manager saying this, especially saying this in front of their employees. Whoever she is, she should be fired. Never going back to this location again, should’ve honoured the price and shouldn’t have spoken to me this way.

Well stocked despite the insane amount of volume this time of year...most items are 2.50+ even up to $5...honestly, there maybe 10% of stock that's a dollar and that's being generous.

Very busy store. Checkout staff very efficient and friendly. Service dog friendly. Lots of staff.
