“I was in Monday afternoon I went up to the teller asking if they sold the Lunar Tiger silver coins they told me not at this location, but the one on Barrington Street she went above and beyond for me by trying to send Branch manager email to see if they have any left and how much the cost would be. She even printed me a map of location of Branch. She gave me the phone number of other branch. The other teller had a pride TD lanyard that I liked. I've asked I would love one. So she went in the back and dig one out for me. After I called other location I went back to tellers and said is there a way to give you both a review of excellent customer service above and beyond. They thanked me and said that's so kind of me. So she told me that I could talk to the branch manager in the office. We talked for a little bit telling how their employees are so great at what they do.I forget the names of the tellers but thank you again. So thank you again. I did get my coin ☺️”

Sometimes holds are placed on cheques more often then other banks I have used in the past BUT they usually offer to call your home branch & remove the hold & if they don't offer they will if asked. While RDSP's are not at the branch level, Po has worked out some of the hiccups in this process. He has communicated with me in a timely manner and clarifies all the information. “Staff were really helpful. We went there for paying ambulance bill, get change and collecting credit card. The entrance to quinoool road is temporarily closed . The entrance from parking lot is one that opens. Phone calls doesnt get returned though.”

They were so helpful and pleasant to talk to. There still are a few there. Machines taking over everything now.”
