Small hospital. Easy to navigate, not busy, free parking and nice staff.

Such a positive experience starting in the emergency department. System works well as bloodwork drawn soon after triage and urine sample taken. Third year medical student took me in for a physical assessment within an hour. Cat scan was ordered and a diagnosis of Appendicitis was confirmed. I was taken to the rapid assessment area where I was seen by the surgeon. Within three hours I was taken for surgery. As a retired health care provider I was so impressed.

First time using this Emerg and WOW! What an organized, quick hospital. I was in and out within 3hrs total, including bloodwork/CT Scan & treatment for a kidney infection.
The lady floating in the waiting room (patient care/advocate) was beyond helpful & kind. She genuinely cared about the patients and how she could help - she deserves serious credit.
Will drive past Windsor hospital to get to this one every time now.

I used emergency services and delayed myself from going with urgent bleeding , infections and a slight concussion. Thought I wouldn't be looked after being a senior. 4 times I got right in and I was very well looked after and they were caring and nice. I cried with relief. Hope there's no next time but I don't plan to wait. Thank you for your care, tests, bloodwork and prescription s and sugeron referral.

closed emergency room meant they couldn't do anything while I was in psychosis and threatening to kill myself. but not really their fault I guess

My boyfriend had a seizure ambulance took him to this hospital doctor did not give him Ativan so bf proceeded to have 2 more seizures, few hours later doctor stated my boyfriend had to leave cause they needed the bed for somebody else, boyfriend was still weak and confused at this time, he was put in a taxi and proceeded to throw up possibly from concussion from hitting his head during seizure on his way home. I would rate zero stars if I could but I wanted to leave this comment so people will know what this hospital is like.

Come to the ER during the day -> get treated like an animal in a factory farmCome to the ER at night -> better bring a pillow and expect to get no information about what's going on with youThis place only gets 2 stars because unlike Soldiers Memorial, I imagine someone on staff would be able to perform CPR without having to call a volunteer fire department.

Saw two different old man doctors here back to back because nobody would take me and spinal injury seriously and they kept turning me away and now I have permanent nerve damage that could have been avoided. Especially “doctor” Morgan. If he can’t see your pain with his eyes then he’ll tell you it doesn’t exist.

I was very impressed with my ER visit. I exhausted all other options before going to the ER and I was prepared to be there for hours. I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in 50 minutes. All staff I interacted with were professional and very helpful.
