A truly spectacular little store. Their new location is missing a bit of the cluttered charm of the old shop, but the trade off is offering a more accessible and convenient experience for customers.

First time buying from Woozles and it was wonderful. My order did not go through (user error most likely), so I called. Lisa picked up right away and knew that she hadn't seen my name, but informed me there had been an internet issue. She apologized, which was absolutely unnecessary but appreciated. She then called me back when they did receive my order so that I didn't resubmit. Excellent customer service from this great local spot!
