I tried to call the store to see if they had an item in stock. I was hung up on 5 times. Most times when I called they just hung up or placed me on hold then hung up. I was told someone was going to look for the item only to have been hung up on. Very frustrating

Unsanitary, lack of knowledge, seems to be a warzone just to buy a single pack of hockey cards. Everything ripped to pieces. Filled with mouse and rats. Unclean shelves. The best thing about this place is the old lady at the front doors. Their website ALWAYS says products are available AT THE STORE but you get there and they have NOTHING! I mean if their plan is to find ways to lose money then they are the best...
