Well I am super impressed. I live in the Uk and my friend in Halifax. It was her birthday today so I ordered some flowers for her. They were so communicative, got in touch when they couldn’t get hold of her (I gave them the wrong number ?♀️), then the delivery guy carried them to her apartment as she has a new born. The flowers are gorgeous and she is delighted. Thanks so much

I ordered flowers online before Christmas for my girlfriend's birthday which is on the 27th of the same month. That day or the day before (I an't remember), (many days later), they called me telling me they didn't have any Gerberas Daisies but said she might be able to get some from another flower. I agreed and thought great, my girlfriend would get some flowers for her birthday. When we got the flowers they had only lasted 2 or so days (pass purchases at other places show they last at least a week). I spent a lot of money on those flowers! After my girlfriend left a message to them, I contacted them twice and explained my dissatisfaction and was told the owner would call me back which never happened! I am disguised with this lack of customer service and will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!

Ordered flowers the day before online and they weren’t delivered the next day . Not really that apologetic, didn’t offer me a discount such as no delivery fee. I hope they are delivered first thing tomorrow .
