Purchased a necklace just for it to be broken when I opened it up at home. Went back to the store where the associate just said that she would get it repaired without offering any other options. When I went back for the necklace I asked for a return and was denied. Associate offered an exchange and told me about a new collection in 2-3 weeks. The exchange was only allowed in store that day, no exceptions. She wouldn’t even just give me a gift certificate. I will never be going back here.

I have been shopping at the Vault for over 30 years, since their original residence in Bayers Road. I always look forward to my experience in Hfx Shopping Center, specifically. Alana, the manager, and all of her staff have the best gift suggestions and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Their jewelry selection is superb. Make sure you drop in and check it out when looking for the perfect gift!

The women works in this store is a KAREN. It’s the WORST service ever. I asked if there is discount for a product and the women said “if you don’t have enough money you can pay by installments” with a very insulting tongue. PLUS The bad attitude in general is just mind-blowing. I shopped next door and it’s 5 times more expensive than here and they never say anything like this.

Ahhh, jewellery! Love the selection at this store, and the staff are always helpful. Some of my all-time favourite pieces came from here. There is a nice price range, as well, from everyday stuff to special-occasion.
