I feel like the layout is messy and there are expired items. When I asked for something, the clerk was wearing headphones and seemed to be watching a TV show? I need to ask again...suggestions to improve the quality of the product

The hygienic situation is highly suspicious. Lots of the food are expired for a long time. I bought frozen dumplings and steamed bean roll that turned to had gone bad. The smell in the store is awful too. If you don't want to get food poisoned, never go there.
A very bad store. The store environment is dirty and smells bad. There is a lot of expired food. I bought dried tofu that was within the expiration date, only to find out when I got home that it was bad. A package of dumplings with leeks and three delicacies was also bad. The dough turned black and smelled bad after cooking. Just throw them all away.

The place smells awful. I've been to every Asian grocery in town but this one smells like rotten fish and hot garbage, it's overwhelming. I asked the employee if they have tapioca pearls and she said no and laughed at me.. I'm not sure why this is funny?

I got a lot of things a few days ago. Price was a bit high overall, but the vegetables were fresh and tasty, and inexpensive too. Would go again for the vegetables.

If you have a membership card, you get a discount. I heard you have to pay for that card too, so is that really necessary? Membership price is cheap

Great stuff, nice space, friendly people. BUT. Prices mislabeled? Everything we grabbed was far more $ at the cash then they had been labelled as. ??♀️

We visited recently and could barely stand the smell in this store. It smelled of rotten food and very old garbage, we had to hold our breath and couldn't even bring ourselves to even look at things the smell was so bad.
