ok variety, but some products have extremely low quality. the shop is disorganized, long lines at cashier, lack of price tags. but given the business belongs to a family starting business, i think it's good. i wish them the best in becoming a better, more organized shop

I've been a resident of the HRM for well over 30 years. I've seen many middle-eastern businesses come and go over the years; all for good reason of course. So, I've heard of this place and decided to give them a try/visit. Firstly, HUGE mark-ups and over-priced products. Second, expiration dates are SUS AF! I purchased bread from them that they apparently bring in from Montreal. It was frozen and the recipe I was making at home needed this type of bread. So I purchased 2 bags at $6 each. We get home and opened the bags and they had green spots on the loaves. Next day I went in to return the bread and I indicated to the gentleman/cashier that something isn't right with this product. He pointed to the green spots and said that everyone asks him about this and that it is normal! I was like BRUH!! There are NO green colored ingredients in bread. This is ... MOLD! He was like no it's not. I avoided the argument and just asked for a refund. After he processed the refund he took the bags to the same freezer he pulled them from the night before. As I said in the beginning of this review, those type of businesses come and go; and they'll try to milk the community of every single penny they can. My message to the owners, check your products, stay on point, and teach your staff to speak English. We need to ask questions about products, prices, and expiration dates; a head-nod doesn't cut it!

Today, we bought beef slices asking them specifically for steak and soft part to be tender. Both of the employees assured us it’s a best cut for the steak, and we thought they know what they were talking about. Later on, when cooked the steak it was so hard to chew even after an hour of marinating. It was the toughest peace you could ever imagine. Certainly, I called to the store and explained that they need to have someone who can better communicate in English and understand customers concerns. Knowing the fact how much the prices went up for meat, everybody needs to get what they are paying for, the good quality of the product and some kind of reimbursement which most likely I won’t get it for that big chunk of beef, very disappointing.

Tried to give them second chance, but nope. Worst customer service ever, dirty place, full of flies. I would love to spend my money somewhere else who appreciate customers.

We appreciate the products and the prices of this shop, but it is very frustrating that they do not put sufficient prices on their wares. The meat in particular carries no sticker of any kind. Is this even legal?

The restaurant is one of the worst places I have been to. The quality of food is very bad considering their prices, and they seem to have no idea about running a restaurant. This is already my third bad experience with them, and if I were to explain in detail, it would take a lot of time. Even their food handling practices pose a safety hazard.The first time was during Ramadan when I ordered 3 kilograms of kabab. I waited for almost 1.5 hours, and when I asked about my order, they claimed I never placed it. Frustrated, I ended up going to Domino's Pizza to order pizza for us. It was a waste of time, especially during Ramadan when every minute counts.The second time, I ordered a half chicken meal, and they served me low-quality chicken with a terrible smell. I waited for about 45 minutes, and then they reluctantly replaced it with two pieces of chicken. However, the taste was still unsatisfactory. Considering the long wait time and the poor quality of food and service, it was a disappointing experience. Overall, I spent 1.25 hours there.Today, for the third time, I went for lunch since my office is nearby. They gave me a kufta kabab sandwich that tasted unpleasant, and the price was high. The service was also poor, leaving me thoroughly disappointed.****Do not recommend this Restaurant****

The Last time to go there. If i can put zero i will .. Each one is giving different price , no price on most of the items and they are very rude once you discuss price with them . no customer service at all . I was there twice since it is sold and their bad luck that there was a line on the cash and i noticed that prices given for the same items are different. When the old owners were there everything was amazing . Very organized and respectful. But with this new management it is extremely horrible. Very bad customer experience.
