Bernice st the inter colonial street location in Halifax managed by claim. She was stellar -the old school care and attention we all hope for but so rarely see. If I ever have to go back, I'm going to call her first. Fantastic service.

I've had some bad luck with windshields recently with having to replace one fully and then two chips after that all within the last few months. I had all the work done by Speedy Glass Halifax and they've always done a great job and given me great service.

Incredible kind and hard working staff. My rear window was completely shattered. I showed up at 8:00AM and they had it fixed by 11:30 that very same morning. They dealt with the insurance for me as well so all I had to do was submit my receipt. They also did a stellar job fixing a chipped windshield last year. 6 out of 5 stars.

I recently visited Speedy Glass Halifax and was genuinely blown away by their outstanding service. Not only did they address my requirements swiftly and professionally, but Roanda at the reception went above and beyond with her exceptional customer service. Avoid this shop! Damaged my remote starter during windshield replacement. Absolute nightmare going between them and insurance to get it resolved.

Received a phone call from a lady named Michelle, stating they need my Vin because they cannot verify if they have the glass for my 2015 Ford F150. Because I am at work and I don’t have the van I wasn’t able to get it right away then I get asked from my booked online appointment where I filled out all the information to go from 3 PM to an earlier time because it takes 2 1/2 hours for them to install windshield. Absolutely disgusting! Why are you taking appointments at 3 PM if it takes you longer to install the windshield. Because you do not have people to interact with when I called I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, so then I went online to book the appointment which does not give me the option to talk to anyone only to find out that I’m going to cause them to be late and they don’t know whether or not they have my windshield. I will not be giving my business to speedy auto glass.??
