Waaaaayyyyy toooo sloooowwwww. I took a half hour break from work to come pick up prescriptions which I had called in earlier tobe filled. After 20 minutes of waiting, I didn’t even get served. Now I have to cancel my meeting tonight and try again tonight. ?Thanks

Pharmacists are very friendly and knowledgeable.They seem to really care about your health and well being.Occasionally prescriptions aren’t ready but they fix the situation asap.You have to call in for anything on file since it is an automated system.Overall I am very pleased with the service.

We needed some super.so I said to the wife ,go to sobeys and get a chicken and wedges.When she got home I was very hungry. So we sat down to eat from the 9 pieces of crispy chicken. Soon has I bite into it it was like they just put it in the oil And took it out,after 1 second.I called them.and the manager knew it was from the 9 pieces of chicken. She said to bring it back for a refund.when I wasted The gas to go back.sad.then the guy at the deli counter tried to say, that's the way it is suppose to be. I mean the thing was still clucking. I don't know how you cook chicken .but that's just wrong. I wouldn't give that to a dog. Last time I will buy from sobeys.

Very good service. Call ahead for refills if you prefer not waiting. Pharmacists are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Never had any issues with this pharmacy.

expensive, unfriendly and the pharmacy is slowwwwww....i get the same basic prescription every 2 weeks....was told to wait 2 hours today

It seems that with such a prime location, Sobeys Clayton Park can do no wrong. The extensive renovations did nothing other than take away the store's charm and make it very difficult to navigate; I still have trouble finding certain items, those they even bother to keep in stock that is. The entrance closer to Lacewood drive was never re-opened after the renovations, requiring a considerably longer walk just to get in. They cause even further confusion by moving items around all the time. Even before the panicdemic items were frequently missing from shelves for days on end. Sometimes said items never returned, forcing me to buy something more expensive. They've done this so many times with shampoo for example that I got fed up and started buying it elsewhere.I'll give this place one thing, most of the rank-and-file staffers are pretty good and helpful. Of course right now they're being tortured by having to sanitize everything; I don't know how they handle it.
