I bought a shoe from them and paid and they said they will send it to you and they chose the worst delivery company. They left the shoe outside the hall and it was stolen. Oh my God.

It’s a worst store ever I visited I Dnt know the lady whthr she is a manager or ?? She is hell rude while I went to return the shoe, she is refusing to listen what I am saying to her she just throwed shoes there said to take it away yek never ever want to buy sketchers and I will throw the shoes the way she throwed it

Had the most enjoyable experience today at the Sketchers store in the Halifax Shopping Centre.
I was looking for a pair of good walking shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe. Other than that l really had no idea what l needed…enter Jeremy! I hope l remembered his name right.
He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and knew immediately exactly what l needed.
He made my shopping experience quick, effective and pleasant.
What would have probably taken hours if l was left on my own to make a decision took less than 20 minutes.
I left the store very happy with my purchase.
