One of the best store I have ever visited . The service provided was awesome. The Mr who was attending me was so humble and generous. I got enough suggestions and also assisted me to purchase the best pair of shoes . I was worried if I could find a good one because I was suffering from aches and pains recently due to wear and tear of old shoe. I bought the best one . Splendid service and delighted a lot. Worst salesperson Ive met in my life.Highly judgemental guy. Even asked why do I like colours in shoes? Like it’s his problem?I asked twice to try another pair but he had his own strong opinions about what is ok to wear in an urban environment or not, generalizing people that they buy shoes to not use them to run or workout..hello?Anyway, you lost my sale; I was hot and ready to swipe!

Customer service was not good. Associate was insulting toward my request for a different size hoodie - given that the website clearly stated unisex yet the sweater was in a men’s size. With the high cost of the fee for the race I don’t want a sweatshirt I can’t wear - mind you I doubt I’ll be wearing a running room sweatshirt to advertise for them after this. I’ve heard great things about Aerobics First from my physiotherapist so I’ll definitely spend my money there.

I rarely write reviews but the Running Room on Spring Garden. Not impressive. It was empty, both sales staff sitting around yapping. They looked at me the sole customer and went on yapping, barely answered my first few question. The male assoc. didn't even get up of the platform he was lazing on in the window. just dismissed me. The female assoc. made some effort when I asked about stock. Was I judged? - 'I don't look like a runner, don't fit the mold Not worth their time.? I don't know, But It felt uncomfortable. I considered leaving, but I saw what I needed and asked to see it. It wasn't until it was clear to them that I knew what I wanted and was prepared to spend that they began to interact effectively. Their attitude totally shifted. I spent $ in your store out of convenience to me. Won't bother with this location again. Lousy attitude and both associates were too old to not get that customer acknowledgement is an a good start. you got the 2 stars for having my shoes in stock.

Absolute 5/5. My mom and I have been buying sneakers here for the better part of 6 years and I've never had a bad shoe, not once. To top it off the service is amazing - on my latest visit a gentlemen named Michael helped me and he was so kind and patient. I even had to come back and swap out the shoes because it was a touch too big for running and they swapped me into a different size no problem. Thanks Running Room!

Great service, absolutely the spot the go if you are looking for a running shoe that is a good fit for you! The sales gentleman was very helpful in analyzing my foot mechanics and helping me pick shoes that were a good fit for me. They have good stock, and not just the most recent models which I appreciate for a more affordable option. Have a decent clearance section as well with selection of average sizes.
