Outright lied they didn't have the size while the size was shown available online at this store. I ordered the size with store pickup and guess what, the the size magically became available. Lol! Well I hope my experience with the shoes will be better than the customer service!

I was bought wrong size sweatpants. Called the store to ask if I could swap it to a different size without receipt as it was a present from my parents. Lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do without physical receipt. Tags and stickers were still on but missing receipt. I told her it was chucked in garbage and bins were covered in snow and ice. She said I would still need to dig it in the rain. Staff was very rude and very unfriendly. Will not come back again.

When we visited Nova Scotia,we took time to visit the Roots store and bought a number of item's which I still have and wear, great quality and being that it's. Quite a few years since our visit.good value for money

Beautiful looking store inside. Staff is always very sweet and helpful. Prices are insane. What happened that a sweatshirt is now close to 100
dollars? I’m not cheap but come on it’s not high fashion.
