Had an incredible experience at this location today around 11am after coming in very stressed I left super unstressed and I regret not getting the employees name! She was so kind and patient and gave me all of the information needed!

I receently went into the store and had issues with my current phone. Was pretty worried about going in due to issues ive had with other phone carriers and all of those was resolved by the great team at rogers spring garden. Specifically Branch Manager Will Calvert. Their professionalism, attentiveness and class is unmatched and Will has secured a long term customer in me for life! Thanks Again Will & Team Spring Garden!

I visited this location for the first time so i would like to share my review just because of the staff. They are very helpful and friendly. I ran through the store at last minute before it was closing for the day but the lady there still helped me and it took 20 mins approx but all i can see smile and happy faces to help the customers. If anyone want to visit rogers next time please visit spring garden location.

I dunno what's with the lower star ratings..But from my personal experience today, I just loved it..I had a lot going on..like porting my number..replacing my mobile..messed up with payment..since had couple of issues with my credit card.. also the first time I visited the store.. I was preety late...Through all these, the sales executive.. Shipra was super helpful, even the manager was preety helpful over the call and during store visit.From Happy customer,Suren

Don't bother coming here if you plan to keep your old number when you switch carriers. The associate told me she would take my phone and handle the rest and now I'm stuck spending hours on the phone with tech support because I have two phone numbers attached to one phone.
