    I called 10 minutes before they closed and the person claimed there PC wasn't working and was completely unhelpful.

    The branch is full of unprofessional staff. I was a victim of a fraudulent check and lost money but they instesd restricted my online banking. I had been a customer of RBC for 8 years but they have no respect for their customers. Worst bank in Canada. Even does not deserve one star.

    This bank is the most unprofessional in Halifax area, went to make a large deposit one time and they took forever making me recount because they said it wasn’t correct, it was all counted perfectly and wasted an hour of my time.
