Hi Everyone:) I really love my Mini, but she's developed an attitude that's been pricey, (like me in the 90's) However, Scott Blackburn and the Service team deserve 10 stars for their guidance, genuine care and skills. I'm so grateful for the kindness and professionalism. 10/10!!!

the sales person I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the options and features and helped me the best car within my price range. The Financial Services Manager was also great to deal with and layed out the information very well. also the fact they were open Saturday was convenient.

Jevan was helping me with my vehicle search for a few months now, ever since I moved to Halifax! He was really accommodating and understanding when I decided not to move forward with purchasing a vehicle in November but when I came in recently and was ready to, he did everything in his power to ensure I was taken care of. He even helped me on his day off! He then introduced me to Kayla, the financial manager and she was equally as accommodating and understanding. Jevan and Kayla were also transparent with the cost of the vehicle and were knowledgeable when it came to my questions or any concerns. Overall, I had a great experience at this dealership! Thank you Jevan and Kayla.

Great service. As always, the service department did all the could to make my visit a success. Scott Blackburn in particular deserves a special mention. He has always gone out of his way to help, and provides clear information on what work has been undertaken or is required.

Received a recall notice for my car that told me to park the vehicle and not to drive it until the issue can be resolved. It's been 1 month with no solution yet, and I was told that I couldn't get a loan vehicle. Absolutely terrible service. When my Chev was recalled, I was given a loan vehicle until the repairs were made. That's customer service.

Just purchased a green light Civic from Martin. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My experience with Julie the finance manager was also fantastic. Highly recommend.

Top notch. This dealership really has the spirit of community within their fabric.They installed 50 kilowatt DC electric vehicle charging which is really amazing. They have contributed more to electric vehicles in Nova Scotia than the Nova Scotia government.

I never had luck when it comes to cars so when my latest string of bad luck happened, I was in no way shape or form to manage it all. Scott stood right beside me to figure out the best solution. He went above and beyond in terms of helping me out. I can tell you with 100% confidence he is the best at what he does. You just can't learn customer service the way he know how. Thank you Scott!

My whole experience at Mini is always excellent! Scott is fantastic! He always takes the time to look at my car's service history to ensure that my car stays in great shape! He has saved me money by taking the time to look over what's been done on the car rather than just going by what's laid out in the standard service notifications. I trust his judgment completely.Richard is always so friendly when shuttling me back and forth from the dealership!The Mini service is outstanding - and of course, so is my car! Many thanks!
