Anytime I’ve dealt with Darrell & the Maaco team, I have had an excellent experience.
They are friendly, patient, professional, honest, very informative and they do beautiful work. They try to be upfront about price and time and stick to it as best they can.
More than once, Darell gave me free advice on dealing with insurance companies and how to advocate for yourself.
I can assure you that they are not out to spend all your money or even nickel and dime you. They are trustworthy people who are not looking to take advantage of people with less knowledge of cars.
Sometimes, they even will take on a few little extra things for you that weren’t planned, throw in a little extra paint for free & you may even get a free surprise cleaning too which is nice. You will be impressed with these guys and if you’re not, Darrell is pretty reasonable to talk to. I recommend taking your car here for a quote before choosing other body shops.

I heard they fix stuff little cheap, I set up an appointment after a week to just get a quote. Its been 2 weeks they havent come back to me yet.
I am going to another place - looks like they have a lot of business. dont care about 4k-5k jobs.
Take your contact number and shove it up ur a.
I dont get why people like you waste others time. Dont bother man I got another body shop and work in progress and I just heard from them about you guys - its good you guys didnt take the job.

Great experience and result at Maaco, Bayers Lake. Appointment was booked next day!
The team made sure it was done right. They had the car one extra day but I was happy they were upfront about the delay in order for all the work to setup properly.
The car was the cleanest it’s been since new when I picked it up. They also gave me some left over paint for small touch ups, not related to my work order.
Very pleased!

I got rear ended and highly recommend Darryl and his team. He was professional, courteous and friendly, and gave a very reasonable price for the work that was done. His team did an outstanding job at eradicating the damage done to the back end, and the car looks new again.

Worse customer service ever. Try Maaxo Dartmouth. Much better than this place.
I called this place is only because it is super close to my home. I called them and asked for a quote and receptionist said I can not send pictures for quote and I have to come in person. I booked an appointment and shows up but the guy ( Darelle) really want me to purchase the more expensive package. I told me just send me a quote and I will let you now. So I wait and wait and wait, I even called back to the receptionist after 2 weeks and she reconfirms my emails address and promised me I will get the quote tonight. Nothing happened. What a joke, show some respect to your customers! On the other side, maaxo Dartmouth’s way much better than this place!

Had an amazing experience with these folks . They were polite, kind and looked after paint huge issue I had with my car. Price was very reasonable and the job they did was amazing. They even told me to come back on a sunny day to touch up some paint that wasn’t part of the work order! My car looks brand new again! I am so happy with these folks and will be bringing my other car for work as well. Thank you so much team!

I had my 2003 Suburban in for some Bodywork caused by a wind gust slamming the driver door open so hard that it damaged the fender. Maaco did a great job fixing it as well as the right fender which had some rust damage. Their prices were fair, the staff were pleasant and the work was done on time. The few days later I found that the hood and fenders did not line up so back to Maaco. They determined that someone had bumped the front end, probably in a parking lot, pushing in the headlight as well. Maaco very kindly offered to spend a few hours straightenng it out at no charge if I would like to leave it with them for a while. I did so and, as promised, there was no bill when I picked it up. The truck is back to like-new condition. I am so happy with Maaco.

After getting a few different quotes, Maaco came out on top. Even though they had my car longer than expected (due to staffing) the work that they did was fantastic. The staff are friendly and helpful, and they do their best to stick to their quote and timeframe.
The inside was cleaned which I was not expecting and was a huge bonus! The repaired area blends in perfectly so you can't even tell I had work done!
I would certainly go back if I needed more work done, but hopefully I won't need anymore work for some time.

Took car second time for repairs, installed aftermarket body parts with off colours. Bad painting works and repairs . Anyone can tell looking at car that body work is done. Dont recommend.Edit: adding more details to help with poor job they did:1. Paint work on tailgate , had a lump in corner and a tiny particle painted over on other side2. Left the broken plastic under the front tire as is, not sure what all is left broken inside the bumper. Noticed during brake service.3. Plastic fender looks like was repaired because of space and trim dent there.4. The tailgate had a part put on with excessive adhesive sticking out and visible.Hope this helps with justifying the 2 star. If basic thing’s cant be looked into, please dont ever accept a TD INSURANCE JOB. Just decline respectfully. Thanks

Excellent service and quick turnaround on my vehicle. Estimate included 10 days of work once parts were received and got my car back within 2 weeks, all shiny again and looking brand new for a 10 year old car! This is the 3rd time we have used Maaco all with good results.
