I switched all of my prescriptions over to this pharmacy from another one in the city. The pharmacy team is so nice, patient, and prompt. They are always happy to answer all of my questions, give me advice, and they never rush me. They also always have my prescription ready quickly. They're so nice--highly recommend if you're disappointed with the service at another pharmacy!

Went in, not my normal lawtons to go to.. great service from a cashier Jayden. Very friendly, personalable and helpful. His interacts with other customers was just as friendly.

The cashier on duty today needs more training. Zero manners, not even offering a bag for my purchases. Nancy the cosmetics manager is not very approachable working in the retail sector and doesn’t seem to have a clue about her job. She smiles rarely, and doesn’t seem personable. New staff don’t even speak English hardly. Gone to hell in a handbasket this place

This is a smaller and more perfunctory Lawton Drugs. It's inside an office building. It does not have a giftware section. It just has a pharmacy and sells the usual drug store items like snacks such as chips, chocolate and candies, and basic items like toilet paper, dish detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. It doesn't have all the "extras" that other larger Lawton Drugs locations have (like scarves, picture frames, knickknacks, etc.) There is a post office in it though. It's a store to buy what you need and leave, not a store to poke around and possibly find something you never knew you wanted, lol, like some other locations, including the other Lawton Drugs on Spring Garden Rd closer to the waterfront.

I always appreciated the student discount. We’re struggling with inflation right now so every bit helps. However it has been changed from every day to only Mondays with a scene card. I know it isn’t this store specifically but shame on you Lawtons. This is the closest store to campus so this really affects us.

Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.Google has the wrong hours of operation for the store. We have tried to correct this many times but Google has not updated the correct hours

The delivery notice of the Canada Post has given wrong information about its operating hours. On the notice, it prints that the Halifax Professional Centre Lawtons Drugs #132 is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6:30 pm. It misled me rush to pick up my parcel after work but it was already closed. The wrong information bought customers inconvenience and was highly unacceptable. I am glad that Lawtons took action and wrote the correct hours on the delivery notice. I appreciate that you listen to your customer's feedback.
