What an odd experience. The selection here isn't terrible, and the staff are busy stocking the floor. The team seemed somewhat perturbed to have people shopping in the store in what is a major tourist area.
However, the pharmacy folks were incredibly impatient and rude today. Don't ask them basic questions or prepare to wait before receiving a rude, insulting response. We were asking basic questions about medications trying to avoid HBP impacting drugs. These can be important questions when taking a medication, and we were talked down to and dismissed. I'd be impressed by the amount of contempt thrown our way in a 30 second interaction if it wasn't so incredibly frustrating.
Honestly, there are several other pharmacies nearly. I'd choose any of them over this one. Work on the customer service skills at the pharmacy; it might be health impacting!

Absolutely the best pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with and I’m in my seventies. Quick turnarounds for prescriptions and fast friendly service at the counter. They will call when your prescription is ready and will offer advice on meds and insurance coverage.

Why bother doing phone assessment when in the end you can’t do anything why can’t just go directly suggest a mobile clinic. Save me time and yours as well.

Some of the most ignorant and complacent pharmacists EVER! The pharmacy students have zero credibility or empathy upon answering phone questions and the like. Called today regarding my prescription and I wished to speak to the primary pharmacist on duty. He replied in a snarky tone well you’re going to be waiting a while and I can’t answer your question regarding your prescription and then hung up on me. Someday you’ll go far dimwit. I hope you stay there.

Rude and unprofessional pharmacist, I believe her name is Jennifer. Almost transferred my prescriptions there but she was so rude I went elsewhere.

We were stopping at the gardens with a bus tour and this made a lovely place to pop in for chips and candy and drinks. My kids always make me get Aero bars from Canada, and they had giant bars on sale here, which was nice.We bought some chips and drinks to eat in the public gardens and that was very pleasant. Everyone here was kind and helpful even to annoying tourists.
