First time purchasing from this store. Excellent customer service. We arrived close to closing time, and the sales associate was very professional and knowledgeable. We made our purchase at closing time (6PM) and love the new chair. The only downside is that we felt rushed with a 6PM closing time. I live on the other side of the city, and it is almost impossible to get to the store before closing time after work.
Service and product rank as excellent.

Staff was friendly and attentive, always loved the quality of lazyboy recliners. I am very surprised by the standards of them now very poor quality and is not what it used to be.

Wow ! Do I have an experience to share about this outfit.Well get back after we finish our ongoing business.No sure where to start , guess it boils down to being profile.They sold me two recliners.One for myself which was quite obvious it was not in new condition.Heads up these guys wanted to repair under warranty a chair they knew or should have was not in new condition with major scratches and worn sagging material, and after couple months back and forth I sent them the serial number on a register letter to the sales person demanding the history off the chair or I well get it through the court system.Couple days later they sent a email to come and get my full refund.Lesson learn here if buying something don,t take for granted it is new.

I purchased a Tribeca sectional and ottoman eight years ago with performance fabric. Even with three children and pets, it has performed extremely well. We're very happy with the comfort and quality of this set and would definitely recommend as a stylish, family friendly option. The service at this location is always excellent as well.

Love going to La-Z-Boy...looking for a sofa as we already had a love seat and recliner we bought there few years ago. Had a great salesman, Clarry, who was very knowledgeable and helpful to find us exactly what we were looking for. The buying process was easy and smooth with the expertise of Clarry...would definitely go there again.

Recently had the pleasure and experience of purchasing several pieces of furniture from La-Z-Boy Home Furnishings. From entering the show room to my delivery and follow up due to some concerns I had, it was great. Shout out to Nyaomi in Sales…so patient.To Ben and the delivery crew…on time, great to unpack, placement and cleanup. Technician John and Kathy who were amazing dealing with my after purchase concerns. Totally pleased and would recommend this business without hesitation!!

We had a very nice salesman, Michael Hall, and it took no time to find a very comfortable and attractive replacement for our 26 year old LaZBoy recliner couch. Lisa is enjoying trying it out. The new style "Dorian" has a longer seat back and a wider arm rest and very comfortable seats and a lovely "Sand" colour. I believe LaZBoy is hard to beat for value to cost. That's why I'm buying my third new set of furniture from them in 26 years , the quality is built in for life.

We bought a sectional for our family room which has been lightly used, the lugs which hold the parts of the sectional together are very poorly designed and are not really fit for purpose, when buying a sectional from Lazy Boy check to see how its held together to avoid an expensive disappointment

Weird management. I applied for a truck driver job and satisfied all requirements and they have denied my application after a week. I guess they hire someone who is Mark or John( roots based).Incompetent HR AND DELAYED ON REPLYING.
