This building was named after me specifically. Because though I kept it very secret for a long time, when this building was constructed, I had just become King of the British Colonies and England.

I used to live there. Perks: was nice to have laundry rooms on every floor, and a gym, and a convenience store in the building too, also the elevators were renovated too. The building managers Robert & Marianne are kind, and efficient, and seem to communicate well.

I have nothing but wonderful things about this building and the staff. The supers are phenomenal, the management is super easy to deal with. My 2 bedroom is spacious and lovely. Laundry on each level and the views from the top of Main Ave are spectacular! Would definitely recommend.
