Appalling customer service at Dartmouth store. I bought building supplies then had some of the materials returned. Their truck picked material up and gave me material return form and advised me to visit the store to get the refund. I visited the same day and store assistant manager refused to issue refund asking me to go back again another day so he can directly verify the return of goods by another employee who was not on shift! He refused to call his manager or call the employee in question to verify! Still in disbelief that this happened!

I was told I could cancel my online order by clicking "cancel" on my "orders" in my account but they simply couldn't understand that I didn't see that option in my account. I was then told to reply to the "confirmation email", stating that I wanted it canceled. Of course no one got back to me, so I called another Kent and they said there was a 1 877 number to call and cancel the online order. I did that and now the order is cancelled.Any company that can't handle online business in 2024 shouldn't exist. Good grief!

Was at Kent today Dec 30th in Bayers Lake.I needed plumbing equipment. The young lady was more than helpful. I was amazed at the service she provided and she was determined to find the correct attachments.After that I was searching for another product and was approached by another young lady to ask if I needed help.Never occurs at home depot. So from now onward Kent is for me!!!

They got good wood I bought a plank of oak wood and got charged for a plank of spruce wood they're very kind about it when I came back to pay they even took $10 off

Went in to get some simple supplies. None of the employees knew what was going on. Was sold the wrong size screws. The most helpful person in the store was another customer standing in line at the checkout.
