I ordered flowers two weeks ago for my Mom’s funeral on Dec 28. He told me they were going out of town in Dec 27 but he would do them for me on Dec 26. I sent an email today (Dec 26, 2023) to see what time I could get them. He answered that he had a family emergency and left town on Dec 24 and forgot to call me. I understand family emergencies, but now I will be scrambling tomorrow for flowers.

Flowers were left outside an office with no one there and no phone call ahead of time to confirm before delivery. I had someone drive from an hour away to pick them up. Once home the flowers have only lasted 3 days before turning brown. Very disappointed.

Incredible! This was my first time at this place. I had the most amazing experience with them. The attention to detail and the quality of flowers exceeded my expectations! On my friend's birthday I helped her family to surprise her with some flowers and chocolates, it was extra special with thehandwritten message in portuguese. I though that they would just print and add to the order... but they took the time to handwrite it, she even said that it looks like her mom's caligraphy, she was beyond happy.

Jake's has been my go-to shop for a while now. His bouquets are always beautiful, and the flowers last for much longer than anywhere else I've bought from. Reasonable prices and great service too!

This is my number one spot to buy flowers for my loved ones. I tried a few places and Jake's arrangements are bigger and amazing. You can give him a price to make to. My sweet spot is $60.

Me and my boyfriend went in here today as we live in the neighbourhood! I believe it was the owner we were talking to, friendly service and delicious chocolate. He even threw in the orange chocolate so we could try it! Awesome store!
