We have been there todayWe had 5 kids super active and so excitedWe met Chris and he was sooooo helpful and sooo patient with the kids and so nice really he made our day, the kids had many requests concerning the toys they get with points and he surprised us with his patience to the kids, thanks Chris we will come again to see him ❤️

Enjoyable Indoor glow in the dark Golf and Arcade Experience. A fantastic activity for partners, family, or friends, especially on cold or rainy days. Booking a time slot in advance is recommended; I prefer late nights for a less busy experience. The small arcade adds extra fun, and using the arcade card for purchases is convenient. The staff has always been friendly. Overall, a highly recommended experience if you haven't tried it yet!

We had a booking for tonight (Sunday) but my daughter had woken up with the flu. My first thought was oh great I’m going to have one heck of an issue trying to cancel or figure out if I have to sell my booking to someone else to get my cost back. I called in and got Jason on the phone. He was kind compassionate explained a few options that I could take and helped me navigate not missing out! He wished my daughter well and I got off the phone feeling relieved and my daughter was thrilled to hear we can go another day! Thank you so much to Jason its people like him that make going places worth wile.

I always have a great time at putting edge, great layout, very clean and the staff are always wonderful! Pricing is a smidge more then I would like and would probably be able to go more often if it wasn’t so expensive.Other then that I’m happy to have it as a once and a while thing.On weekends or holidays make sure you book!! I’ve been disappointed a few times to do drive all the way there and not be able to get in.

I brought my friends kid here on a Friday night without a reservation. At first I was told without a reservation I would have to wait at least an hour, which just didn't work for me so I purchased an arcade playing card instead.A few minutes into playing some a draw games, one of the staff approached me and let me know he was able to fit me in sooner :)The two young guys working there on this night were very friendly and accommodating. They tried their best to help us out and I appreciate that.After this, I would highly recommend making a reservation !!The mini putt itself was a good time, I believe it was 18 holes. Some fun music and flashy glowing art.On a side note, as another customer was leaving, he offered his full balance arcade card to us, what an outstanding act of kindness !!He made a little boy very happy, whoever he was ! ♥️

Such a great experience. I brought my girlfriend here, she had never experienced minigolf. We had such a great time. The black lights and the music were great. I love the added addition of the score card app. This was a new feature since my previous visit. There are some arcades and games to play while you wait. So much fun. Staff are friendly and approachable Thank you.

This place has been a place I have visited since I was a kid and it has NOT changed at all EXCEPT THAT it has gotten busier. Really busy. We felt so rushed hole-to-hole because they let someone in every 4 minutes, so if you take too long on a hole, you've got people behind you, waiting on you and people are impatient.It's expensive. It cost 46$ for 2 adults and an 8 year old. All for about 40 minutes of rushed fun. But, maybe it's because I went here growing up that I dont like it anymore. My kid liked it, but, wasnt overly excited by it. I might take her again but not anytime soon.They used to hand out paper cards to keep score but now they tell you to download their app to keep your score, which, I miss the cards! But their site doesnt tell you that they switched to the app. They only tell you that RIGHT before you're about to go on the course and you dont have time to download the app before you're putt-ing the ball.The app says you're only allowed 6 putts per hole, meaning get the shot in within 6 putts. This is a good rule. It keeps the group moving without getting caught up on a hole. But, if you dont download the app like a lot of people decide not to, you dont know the 6 putt rule, and then you get groups blocking the flow. This happened to us and you CAN skip ahead a hole if a group is particularly slow and come back to it. But, then at the last hole, they took about 20 minutes and had 10 different groups (about 20 to 25 people) waiting in cramped spaces/standing on narrow ledges as more and more people finished and were waiting on the last hole.They should REALLY let a group in once one comes out, let less people in or have employees ON the course to make sure people follow rules and that things run smoothly...The employees could care less about working there. Though they were friendly, they seemed bothered by questions, rushed us getting in, were brief with talking to guests. So customer service gets a 3 out of 5 stars.There a better things to spend your money on that are a lot more fun. But, you have to take your kiddos there at least ONCE to experience the magic.

We had our son's birthday party at Putting Edge last week. All kids had absolutely fantastic time! Customer Service was amazing! We will definitely do birthday parties there again!

The Bayer's Lake location is generally always busy with lots of customers either playing the arcade games or mini putt.I highly recommend booking a reservation online before just showing up.Staff are always friendly and nice.

We came here for my birthday back in March and we're unable to go putting but thankfully this time, we had a Time reserved for, 4 minutes after they opened. It was absolutely phenomenal and the kids enjoyed it a lot. Going here earlier in the morning is definitely your best bet because the closer you get to lunch time or dinner time, this place has a huge amount of traffic.

SO much fun. It was not very busy, the course is easy enough for a beginner to enjoy and challenging enough to be fun. Black lights and brilliant neons make for an entertaining experience. Arcade games, clean washrooms and the staff member who greeted us and got us set up was very friendly. Scorekeeping is done with an app so you can be as competitive as you want to be!
