Went to bought 10k gold necklace with pendant. Went back to the valley after 6 days my car broke down and I need cash to fix the car for emergency, went back to griffin jewelry designs told them I need to get a refund because for emergency purposes good thing they had 7 days refund policy and without hesitation they refund my cash back coz it’s worth a grand plus tax so the manager was very friendly hand down to her. Decided to buy a small stud earrings instead. Keep up the good work guys!

My ring almost took 3 months to get fixed than the store usually guarantees. The ring was finally arrived after serval follow up and the
ring stone was broken. The store has accepted to refund the service charge and when I took the broken ring and store has not refunded the amount by saying we don't know how to refund come on next day we will refund.After going to store and checking for refund they were just asking us to come on this day that day. The store manager has mentioned in the bill that refund needs to been given with the signature and name but no progress on the refund and store service don't speak well. Will not gonna use this store service again . Worst experience ever!!!!

After visiting the Halifax Shopping Center location for some early Christmas shopping, I was absolutely blown away by the customer service provided by Ann. I visited the 4 other jewelry stores in the mall and none of them even came close to the service we received at Griffin.Kudos to Ann!! In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside, Ann was a breath of fresh air!

Through miscommunication my ring took longer to get fixed than the store usually guarantees. The ring was finally fixed and when I went in to pick it up the manager waived the cost of the repair because of the additional wait time. I was very pleased with the work but I was very impressed with the wonderful customer service they provided. Thank you and I will use the jewelry shop again.

I must say that the sales service is very good and client oriented, the store manager is great and I purchased few items form them and very pleased.My review is for the Jewelry repairing Services, I used them to repair my 15 yr old Gold wedding ring and the sales rep. even added a note "To not repair if cannot keep the ring texture".The ring returned fixed or at least welded together, with very ugly welded area and on top of all they polished it so much that the ring become so thin and sharp edged, and damaged the entire ring texture! The store offered their condolences and offered me a gift card for a funny amount, so disappointed!!! And probably wouldn't come to purchase here again and nor recommend to anyone else.

Excellent service and prices here, I bought of my fiancés promise ring and engagement ring here. They had exactly what I wanted and didn’t try and pressure me into buying something I didn’t want like the rest of the stores. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone. I do wish they had a larger wedding band selection here as I would have bought that here too!

Griffin Jewellery impressed me. They are not only friendly and professional but also very helpful. I went to them to see if they could untangle my necklaces….which were very much tangled. Chelsea carefully worked on them for a long time. She succeeded! And when I asked the fee, they did not charge me a cent. Even though it was a quite a bit of work. I would highly recommend them. Oh! And their diamonds are stunning and on sale right now btw.

The sales woman lied to me when I bought the product. Check online as the sales are all the same. Also make sure they're honest when they say that the gemstones are genuine.I tried to return it to the assistant manager who may have been the most disrespectful and rude person I have encountered. So confrontational and dismissive.Also be wary of their 1 week return policy. How can you be confident in your product and have a policy like that? I got a return from the manager as I had been lied to. The manager was understanding and quite pleasant.If you want less expensive jewelry from a more reputable store stick to people's or shop online.
