Reached out to Giant Promotions to rent a jumping castle inflatable after a last minute let down from another company the day before our event. Really appreciated the sense of urgency and support from AJ who was reassuring throughout and showed up for us on time.Will definitely be working with you guys for all our future events. We rented the Mobile Game Van for my sons 10th birthday and the experience from start to finish was great. Booking process was easy, and the guys who came out and ran the games were GREAT! Interactive with the kids and extremely helpful! We are impressed!

These people are crooks. Not only do they open ALL mail packages that get delivered there, they go through your order. It took me and my fiancé two weeks to get a package that was delivered there. The first day we attempted to do the pick up, they couldn't find it in store even though the system showed it being there. We phoned the next day to see if it had arrived. They said they didn't know. Well when we were there and they tried to look for it; EVER SINGLE WISH BAG WAS OPEN. They know what you've got before you do, and if it's something of interest you can bet your bottom dollar they took it. They are sneaky, unorganized and VERY unprofessional. I was under the impression it was illegal to open someone else's mail however, if you're an employee of Giant Promotions that's part of your job.... I only recommend them if you would like to wait weeks for something that's already in their warehouse, or if you would like your packages opened, or if you would like things from your package to disappear. Crooks.

Super friendly staff and convenient spot for a helium balloon fill! I think they may be the only place on the peninsula to have helium. Definitely will be my go to spot for party supplies.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Giant Promotions! They are professional, innovative, accommodating, and have a quick turn around with an eye for detail. Adel and his team take pride in a job well done. I always check with them before I go anywhere else (I usually don't have to go anywhere else)!
