Beware of this company's lack of refund and return policies.I ordered a sofa (website pictures showed an assembled product), it looked like all was needed was to legs on.When the product arrived, it came in a box, was not sturdy, not high enough and required assembly. It was not what I wanted.I contacted customer support to request a refund, the agent was rude, condescending, insulted my disability status and then told me no refund would be provided as the box was open.Problem (among many) is, how do you know if the product is going to work unless you open the box and see what is provided?Lack of return and refund is disingenuous. I am out 750 dollars for a product of inferior quality.Beware, any sofas you order come in a box and are poor quality, with no refund you are stuck.I certainly do not recommend purchasing a sofa with this company..........In response to my review their reply does not address the unfairness, sincethey don't like disingenuous , if return policy.customers still don't know if they will be satisfied until they open it. Once they open it, they lose ability to get a refund.This policy is bad. If customer doesn't like a product, they should be allowed a refund. This company doesn't allow this as they want to maximize profit.The review I gave was accurate. This company cares more about its profits and arguing with customers reviews than they do genuine customer service.Beware of buying from them. Don't do it.

I got a mattress here a few months ago and they delivered it to my building, even brought it in the elevator for me when I paid for door delivery. Super comfy and was a great deal

This place is a hidden gem. Recently purchased a sofa and here the next day. Products are exactly as advertised on their website. Good price to quality ratio. Also good and easy assembly.

This store has the WORST mattress ever! I bought a mattress on July 26th. 3 months after the mattress started to sag. I sent a claim and the said to me that it was my fault because the frame I have it is not the proper one. Firstly, nobody told me that the mattress needs a special frame. It didn't come with any specifications about frames. In addition, it is not true because the issue is only on one side of the mattress, the other side is perfectly flat.So, when I requested my warranty the said that it was lost due to the type of frame I have.I strongly recommend NOT BUY even a pillow in this store. It is clear that products are very bad quality, and they have a very bad costumer service. I spent $800 for a mattress that lasted 3 month!DO NOT BUY on FURNITURE SPOT & MATTRESS OUTLET!!!!!!

Wow! I was absolutely surprised by this fantastic furniture store that I recently discovered. They offer a great selection of furniture, mattresses, and more, all at incredibly competitive prices. The salesperson, Artem, was not only friendly but also impressively knowledgeable, informative, and attentive. He let us browse through the store at our own pace and answered the dozens of questions we had over and over again. This is a store that we will definitely return to for future purchases. Within 7 days see (in attached) photos the situation of the mattress (King Size) and the bed frame (King Size), it's clearly seen it happened during/prior delivery, when asked for the replacement/warranty/fix store refused to do so.This store don't care about the customer at all.Think twice before purchasing anything from here using your hard earned money.

Had a bad experience with another company and was nervous to order online. The whole process was quick and exactly as they said it would be. Delivery was on time and the guys were great! Can't say enough good about this experience!
