DO NOT SHOP HERE.As described in some of the other reviews, this store has horrible customer service and absolutely no respect for customers. I highly recommend that anyone looking to buy something for children to support another store - one who appreciates their customers.My wife and 14 month old were shopping at the Bayers Lake location and purchased a pair of shoes and boots. When my wife was speaking to the salesperson, my toddler picked up a stuffed animal which was being displayed on a shelf at floor level and started to play with it. When they got to the cash, the salesperson was rude and forced my wife to buy this expensive stuffy and made it clear that it would be non-refundable. She claimed my toddler touched the stuffy with her mouth when my wife did not notice. The stuffy was not damaged, dirty or wet and had no signs whatsoever of being used in any way. My wife is a hard working mother who is exhausted and had no energy to argue. I expect much more from a children's store. If they don't want children picking up items, they should not display them in areas so low to the ground and accessible to a child.

Went in for another visit today for Christmas photos with Ming! What a great experience. From the photoshoot to the customer service after our photos while we were shopping, we love this location so much!! Will continue to come back for all our boujee baby needs.

The staff at this store is belittling and rude. I was given a gift, that was something I already have, and I was not able to exchange it because it had been more than 14 days since my friend had purchased it. I understand having an exchange policy but to make no exceptions under any circumstances does not make sense. My friend bought the gift early because she was at the store shopping but then my baby was born 16 days overdue and then was in the NICU for a week. I didn’t even receive the gift until 2 days ago because we were trying to avoid seeing people and risking our baby getting sick and ending up in the hospital again. I would strongly recommend if you are buying a gift for someone to look elsewhere, especially if you are someone who doesn’t like to buy things at the last minute. I had liked shopping with them because I try to support local businesses as much as possible but I will not be returning. When you have a young baby (especially one that has been hospitalized) the last thing you have time for is calling a store multiple times to try to speak with someone who will allow you yo make a simple exchange. As a store whose main focus is dealing with parents and young children you would think they would be more understanding that sometimes things come up that are out of our control.

Terrible online shopping experience, order has been placed for two weeks still no shipping, they didn’t have everything I ordered even they were all available online, several phone calls, emails and I was asked to pay $18 shipping cost after they were not able to fulfill my original over $200 order, completely waste of time, no respect to other’s time whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend any online orders at all, extremely poorly managed e-commerce. - Read their full of excuses response, NOT recommend.Since I cannot respond to a "response" so here is my reply: I see you came up with all these excuses and indicates how polite you were will not change the fact that you have wasted my time and ruined the surprise to my kid. As matter of fact the last staff called was not so polite when I canceled the order. Why should I be covering the shipping cost when you were the one who was not able to fulfill my original order? While accusing me not willing to waste more time on the case You just CANNOT always assume that the replacements would be satisfactory to customers, people have preferences and you expect them to compromise then yo should cover the cost, instead of haggling over every ounces. Why do you have to be the winner ? It was you made mistake with your online shopping website listing non-stock merchandises led to the whole time wasting process. You have no appreciation to customer's time and efforts spent on placing their orders, no sincerity to the business, your ignorance and "don't Care" philosophy shocked me so I still don't recommend and will let people around me know the same.

Wish Id discovered this place when I was pregnant. Literally everything you could need here for pregnancy, infant, toddler and some older kids, gently used or still new, fraction of the cost, alk organized for you.

I ordered a Birthday gift on November 30th, to be sent to BC ,on 12/06 I was told I would have to pay more,due to Packaging. I paid the extra amount 12/06,but the Package still has not artived.I should've been notified right away about the extra fee,not 6 days after I placed the order. This shows lack of caring and zero customer service.I would not recommend this company,especially if you're looking for something,that needs to be on time
