They explained to a relative newbie (haven't been shooting photos for approximately 7 years) all the new technologies and guided me through the process to upgrading my older Olympus rig to the latest and greatest Sony. I recently had an issue with two malfunctioned/defective items back to back (and while it was highly unusual) manager Alec helped me find a perfect replacement product and made me feel a lot better about the experience.
