Absolutely wretched service. I bought a shirt there in July that the attendant somehow didn't put in the bag. It's now October and I still don't have the shirt. Incompetent service couldn't manage to send an item to me that I bought and never received by their mistake. I have no faith I'll ever get that shirt. Will never step foot in this store again. Can I rate them 0 stars?It's November, still no resolution. This store has literally stolen from me, as they have had an item I paid for in their possession for 5 months with no attempt to give it to me. Wish I could return everything I've bought from these crooks.

Last week I was walking by the stores on the top level at the mall (Halifax Shopping Centre), the stores were closed, but I glanced downstairs and saw this glittery dress through the window and thought "Wow, if I had the body"So for the past 2 years during covid, I've gained weight like many others and lost a lot of confidence in my physical appearance. I even went on a trip to USA and had 0 luck. After I finished work yesterday, I decided "Today was rough... and I deserve a little retail therapy too!" Well I hit up BBW naturally lol, but then, I had to see this glittery dress for myself.As I walked in the staff were all very inviting and I didn't get very far before multiple people offered me help, or to check for sizing as XL is a rare one. I heard the staff explain how to spell my name for the fitting room as she took my pile of dresses. (I have struggled with the motivation to spend money on myself and just felt unpretty, but to my surprise all 3 dresses I tried were amazing!)I didn't shy away from the email sign up and got the opportunity to save on the spot. I heard the staff joking with customers and doing an online order and everything was just seamless.With that being said I wasn't to personally thank the team at the store for making me valued, we all need a little recognition today! I'll be back for my birthday dress very soon! :)

I never leave ratings or reviews on any store I visit but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL today at Dynamite I had to do something to show my gratitude to the girls there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your kindness, and help (I can only remember Chloe's name since she was helping me in the fitting room but kudos to everyone there)!

I love the clothes there! The staff is really friendly and helpful too :) Only reason I took off a star is because they run out of pants in my size often ? Not the fault of the staff of course!

Very disappointed with this order I have received. First time I bought from the mall they forgot to remove magnet tag, so I had to drive 100kms back from where I live to get refund. Now when they asked me to order online, They send this product with 2big holes in it. Do anyone even check quality of the product before shipping or is it just like flea market. Wasted $100 in this brand. Wont even recommend to anyone to shop here online. As you will not know whats coming after being waited for 15days. Dont shop online from dynamite. Always check for tags as well when shopping in store. As there staff don’t even bother to remove those antitheft tags.

I have worked in retail management for 30 Plus years and know what it takes to provide 5 star service. Sandy at your Garage location provided that service. My challenge was my fault( I lost my receipt) and Sandy was able to retrieve my receipt while her team rallied to maintain a smooth cash desk experience for the other customers. She was proficient, calm under pressure, persistent , and truly an example of what excellence looks like. Well done Sandy, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

I had a wonderful visit at the Dynamite in Halifax Shopping Centre. I was shopping for a specific item and the lady took me around the store helping me choose something I normally wouldn't and loved! She was wonderful while I was trying on my items as well, very attentive.
