I had the most worst experience ever dealing with Dial-a-tire. Do not bring your vehicle to these guys they do not know what they're doing but they sure know how to rip you off. I had a Dodge Journey and I needed some work done to the front. Obviously they had to take the tire off to do the work a day later It sounded like the tire was going to fall off so I brought it to the shop and I told the girl it sounds like the tire is going to fall off. She said to me to come back in 2 days. They're really busy. Well on my way home the tire flew off my vehicle . I had the vehicle towed to their shop expecting them to fix it but they did not take any responsibility it the cost I paid $100 to tow the vehicle there and it cost me $2,600 to have things repaired to it. The tire just had to be torqued. They could have done the work in 2 seconds when I brought it to them and told them it sound like the tire was going to fall off. they should have just looked at it and torqued it. Anyway, if you wanted to save a lot of money, do not go to these guys. There are better shops out there. These guys are just scammers and looking for your money.

Very fast and efficient! Took my car in for an MVI and they had everything that needed to be fixed done in less then a day! Very pleased with the work.

I needed to get a patch on my tire after driving over an industrial staple. I called first thing on a Monday and was offered an afternoon appointment, in comparison Canadian Tire couldn't help me for 1.5 weeks. The whole process was fast and affordable; $35 and 30 minutes to complete the work. Excellent experience!

Thought I had an appointment to have tire changed, today. Apparently I didn't. The gal at the reception was sure to let me know I didn't the moment I walked in the door. Honestly here attitude showed on her face and her first words to me were "what do you want". She is not a happy person. I will never walk in those doors again.

Usually on time for appts. Don't know why they are sometimes crabby. While waiting for my cat, a gentleman was also waiting and the mechanic was talking about him like he wasnt sitting there. Complaining about fixing his car. Not very professional.
