“A well-respected coworker introduced me to G.T. First off, their specials come out on Wednesdays, a day ahead of every other store. No one's specials can beat G.T.'s—absolutely no other store. I'm grateful to find affordable groceries there! I also tend to pick up other odds and ends when I'm there.”

Not to be rude or anything, but, if you've been to a Winners you've been to a Marshalls. They are the same store.
Similar layouts, similar shelving and organization. Both are fine places, its just difficult to see a difference.”

“Winners a new addition to the Halifax shopping center, been in there several times since the grand opening and i will say i'm very impressed in the high turn over of new products, the store is large clean and organized, staff are very polite and professional, can't wait to keep shopping here.”
“Went there to buy some items for renovating the basement. Rented equipment from the rental counter. The man working there was very helpful and nice. The guy working at the customer service desk though wasn't the nicest to deal with. Maybe he was really busy.”
“Linda makes the service department great. She’s always on top of what’s going on and will give you an honest estimate and timeframe. Getting work done on your car is always sad because it means spending money, but Linda is always so upbeat and happy it makes it hurt a little less. Her and her staff are people I know I can trust when it comes to my car.”

“My Dad and I are in town from Massachusetts and we had a flat. This was the closest place to have a tire serviced. Initially we thought new tire(s) may be needed, however it just needed stems with the sensors replaced. Service was amazing despite how obviously busy they were. Service was honestyl phenomenal considered we just walked in.”

“This store has a lot of challenges especially since Covid and there is definitely room for improvement as the store is going down hill .The store is absolutely filthy. I am not talking about winter dirt that can't be helped. Everything is dusty and dingy. Have a look at the signs and lights by the washrooms or the tops of the self check outs. The cashiers do a great job keeping their areas clean but the main store ... Not so much.Does this store have a pet department? If they do your pet mice and rats have escaped their cages.The new layout of the grocery department is strange and confusing ( even for the staff) and now there are way too many self checkouts and not enough staff. I am a customer not an employee so until you pay me for my time doing what a paid staff person should be doing not a machine , I will gladly stand in line to see a human. I hope these things have not caused a decrease in jobs at your store. People need jobs. Your cashiers deserve a big raise in pay for all the hard work they do. I could not do what they do daily with the public. I don't have the patience. I hope they have a great medical plan.The addition of the new Burger King is great. A huge improvement over McDonald's. Great staff too.Overall a pretty good store. Just needs a little help here and there..”

“Some prices are high in my opinion, but many things are at normal prices. And the most important thing that attracts people to this store is the style of the goods here. You can find a lot of beautiful things, from a simple glass to a big furniture. I would say that it’s very cool to come here not for the sake of making a big purchase, but to specifically select the style of your home. We will definitely return here in the future with my wife.
Oh, there was a first time in my life when I saw such a cool toilet room: the tap is capable to wash and dry your hands, and there is a metal "horseshoe" on the door at the bottom so that you can open it with your foot and not get your hands dirty again. Great idea.”
