Pretty standard, it's a shame and really odd that a big name like costco doesn't accept visa because it has a partnership with mastercard, it's actually pretty funny ? they could have promos with mc but not accepting visa at all is just nuts!

Not recommended here. Price is good. But it’s not first time to tell me medication is not ready and ask me to sit on the chair wait for call but no one called me when it’s already ready to pick for 30 mins…and no sorry and no kind words to me. So disappointed

I am so grateful for the pharmacist I dealt with today. My elderly parents are traveling out of province and forgot to bring several medications. I needed to contact the Costco Bayer's Lake pharmacy to find out what would be the most efficient way to get the medications. The pharmacist was very reassuring and facilitated temporarily transferring the prescription to Ontario. I'm very grateful

Switched 6 months ago from Shoppers on Lacewood after they had continuously given me other people's medications / given me the incorrect amounts of medications at almost every visit, Costco has been great, much faster, lower prices and people have been very friendly and helpful.

Costco pharmacies are one of the best little semi-secrets of the Metro area. They use their pharmacy services as a "lure" to get non-members into their stores: you don't have to be a member in order to go to the pharmacies, which are located at the back of the store so you must pass things in order to get there, and perhaps be impressed enough to buy a membership, lol. // Costco does the "loss leader" thing at their pharmacies, slashing their dispensary fee to a mere $4, and also having far lower than average cost for drugs. The staff are very cooperative and will go out of their way.... "above and beyond", to please and serve!! Highly recommended.

Costco staff in pharmacy are not know what the other one is doing. Called in prescription day before so can just run in run out when I got there nope nothing ready to pick up. If this was only done in a blue moon I wouldn't care but its every single time for me and my husband. They don't deserve 1 star but need to add just to give a review.Frustrated customer
