Absolutely fantastic service - was in and out in under 5 minutes with the model specific lugs I needed. Super helpful staff!

Would give these guys a zero but it doesn't exist. If you are looking for paint to match your vehicle (as per the vehicle code) stay far away from these people. They got one can out of 4 attempts right. Even I could tell the colors were off just by looking at the can (and am not talking slightly off but extremely off). All they would say is you get what you get, and they wouldn't even try and tweak the obvious use of too much black. They insist it's all pre-measured and that's all they can do. Had to contact NAPA Head Office and then they agreed to give me my money back. Went over to Part Source, guy mixed me up 2 cans and even took it out to the car to eye it up and make sure it was right. It was perfect. This guy was even shocked at the color of the bumper that was supposed to be the right match from Napa. To boot the cans were way cheaper at $22/can versus NAPA's price of $35 (with CAA 10% discount) for same amount, and the paint went on way nicer than NAPA's. These guys cost me so much headache and wasted time and were rude to boot despite their own failures. All I can say is stay away and go to Part Source and avoid yourself a lot of grief. They shouldn't even be in the paint mixing business given the reputation that one expects from an established business like NAPA. Will never go back to this store for anything.

Always have what I need. Don't even have to call ahead. I know they'll have it. This is my go to for car parts.

I was by yesterday to see if Napa had a part that broke off on my trucks back door. Sure enough they had the part not cheap but had it. The dealership stopped carrying parts for this truck years ago as it is a 2003. Napa was hepful considering my options.
